1 All cats (5) are into the deck (after market and monuments).
A cat is a threat to a thief; your rule leads the threat into the category of randomness: the thief does not know who has the cat (unless it was bought in the store). If each player has a cat on his hands, then players are watching them to know who the thief can be playing against.
At the beginning of the game, cats most likely in the game will not be at all, i.e. The thief in the beginning is too easy to be at begin, than in the middle of the game. Again - someone was lucky to be a thief in the beginning, someone was not lucky to be a thief in the middle-end. And at the same time someone is carrying cats, some do not;). In my opinion this rule has too many of randomis.
If you pulled a cat by digging, you can choose sell it on the market or keep in hand (as a normal treasure).
This rule duplicates the standard
. Having dug any card the player can either leave it on his hand, or sell it to the market.
Should you use a cat inmediatily (you thrown the fierce cat to the eyes of the thief) You loose the cat (he runs to the market), but you get out of the thief range.(keeping your treasures in hand).
Complicated options, all 3
. If the cat remains at the thief in case of transfer by the player-victim - the element of intrigue, bluff is lost. If the cat escapes, it is BAD for the thief player: The main task of the thief is to purchase a card (he did not receive the card), so it is important for him not to get on the cat if the cat escapes from him.
The main thing on the game: the player-victim of the thief ALWAYS loses the card. The loss of a cat is just as sad as another card - after all, a cat costs 1 coin. But for a thief, when playing with a cat, questions arise. The main task of a thief is to purchase a card (he did not receive it), so it is important for him not to get on the cat if the cat escapes from it.
Or would you to use the art of bluffing with the thief?
You can say anything and bluff in an ordinary game
. We do not get along without it ("Well, what have I got? I have only cheap ones .. But you remember, there is a vase .."
During a sand Storm the cats could be discarded, as a normal card (the scared cats runs away to the market)
This is too easy for the beginning and the middle of the game, given the peculiarity of cats to frighten thieves. And if cats can not be thrown off - then perhaps a strategy for collecting cats.
So, you could have 5 cards, a sand storm is comming, 2 cats runs away from your hand....may be you had 5 cats and you loose 2 or may be you only had 2 cats and you preffer to protect your three pharaon Mask...
Say goodbye to your masks
. Choose - or collect cats, or ..
What do you think about?.
It is a pity that you think not in Russian
..or I'm in English;)
