I am always surprised when PNP's are not shared here.. games like Long Shot, 3 Sisters, Island Alone, Voyages, etc... they are generally a few sheets to scan and maybe a card or two...

I would think this one would be really hard to PNP given the cut outs for the tiles and the specific shapes involved...
