Unfortunately, can't help you with this. I've never played this game and don't know what/who is 'villain and locations'.
I've just uploaded here the materials, which have been downloaded from TTS when I've started the game.

Understand. I will figure it out. Maybe something need to be done for the TTS. mod to load those resources.

TTS loads only visible resources - ones in the bags loaded only when they are needed. To get all resources TTS Mod Backup should be used:
