- I did my portuguese version and I did upload the .psd to you.
- In the rules, they say that have 36 Letter tiles. I don't know the exactly number of each tile (yet)...
- The cards could be resized. I use this wonderfull program that a spanish guy made, CrearPDF.

Yep The PDFcartas software its amazing i used this for cards/boards/tokens daily for months, you are able to resize and add to pdf file any image/pic.
How to change language in PDF CArtas to english, or is there english version plugin for PDF Cartas ?

No, PDFCartas is used to resize images to a especific size. For instance, I use the size 81x121 to fit in Dixit cards.
But, you can edit the .psd files on Photoshop...
