About the permits, from the rulebook:
"The number of Building Permits is not limited. If there are not enough of the required components, you can manage by combining 2 Building Permits"
I guess one could check the TTS module maybe the info is in there.
Damn. I did not notice that in the rule book. :)
So 6 of each is fine imho...
