"Too Many Bones comes loaded for bear by breaking into a new genre: the dice-builder RPG. This game takes everything you think you know about dice-rolling and turns it on its head. So this was quite the involved build. You need >200 blank dice, >100 poker chips, a good amount of thick cardboard, sticker paper, cardstock paper, and some printer paper.
Dice: I got mine from AliExpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000130653464.html?spm=a2g0s.12269583.0.0.32403bbfdgSDg2) – 50 white, and 25 of each of orange, pink, black, green, blue, red, and yellow. It took ~2 months for them to arrive, but they did and were ~$25.
Poker chips: I had a lot lying around. Ideally you need 65 red, 62 black, 2 blue, 2 purple, 2 yellow, 2 green, 1 white, 1 gray, 1 orange. I used red, black, and everything else white and it's fine. Here's the results I got for the main materials.

The PnP suggests what you need to print the files on. The rulebook can go on printer paper, the cards on cardstock. The poker chip stickers can be cut by a rotary compass circle cutter (or by hand), the dice can be cut with an appropriately sized circle punch (or by hand). The boards can be glued onto thick cardboard (amazon boxes or similar) and you then want to cut dice-shaped holes to fit the dice in them when you play.
The mediafire link contains all the individual pictures of the materials (for the base game only, I'm running low on storage on mediafire at this point), so you can resize them if you're not using the same size dice/chips as me.

@laurenthion I wasn't going to if no one asked, but I do like the idea of having the expansions on here. No promises on a timeline, though, some time in the new year.
@pesto If you can get your hands on a cheap second hand copy, go for it. I thought a retail price of $150 was outrageous and I find making pnps really quite satisfying and relaxing. Definitely prefer it to working at a job :D. The only actually annoying part of the build was waiting for the dice from AliExpress.

Hello TheGent, no news good news . . . or no news no news ;)
40 Days in Daelore and The Age of Tyranny are up on the mediafire. Files got a little large, but that's not surprising with the quality of scans. Undertow will take a little longer, since I need to mess around with the boards quite a lot to get them to look good from a printer (this damn game with its mousepad boards :| ). Sizing should match the base game PnP, let me know if something is way too off for however you're using it.
