It can be opened with any tool that is capable of working with archives: 7zip, WinZip, WinRAR... Inside there are images, for this module they are not of the best possible quality though :(
This is not the original version, but the clean redesign which was removed in BGG. I've printed this one myself, and understand it easier than the original one.
