It's why i'll use different color of this:

I remade all card in poker format (instead of bridge) and translated it in French.
you can find everything (fonts and psd) here: http://fneufn.eu/pnp/Fidelitas/
So you can make a russian version pretty easily.

Rules: Page 1, Page 2

Some quick rule clarifications:
1. You are allowed to look at face-down cards in your own workstation, but you may not show these to anyone else.
2. In a two-player game, you should mix the preliminary deal of X's/Syringes into the Silent Player's "hand" before you lay it out.
3. You cannot use a syringe to "steal" cards from your own workstation.
4. When you use a syringe to steal from another player's workstation, you get to choose which card to steal.
5. The Antidote Gameplay Video clearly indicates players do NOT need to be honest when they make one-to-one trades. The final rules, however, WILL require players fulfill any promise they make in one-to-one trades. In other words, if Player A agrees to trade an "X" card to Player B in exchange for a different "X" card, both players must trade an "X" card. Even though we do not like making stipulations like this in the rules, we felt this particular rule helped players get more comfortable with the game early on and added to the fun factor for everyone.
