Ok.
I play a 3 players game with a little modifcation of the rules
1 All cats (5) are into the deck (after market and monuments).
2 If you pulled a cat by digging, you can choose sell it on the market or keep in hand (as a normal treasure).
3 If you meet a thief:
3.1. Should you use a cat inmediatily (you thrown the fierce cat to the eyes of the thief)? .
You loose the cat (he runs to the market), but you get out of the thief range.
(keeping your treasures in hand).
3.2. Or would you to use the art of bluffing with the thief?
May be you can present the cards in front of him with your malefic laught.
May be you would point on a card with your finger...
3.2.1 If the thief declines to stole one of your card nothing happens.
3.2.2 if ,despite the menace, the thief try to take one of your treasures and he grabs the cat by his tail a cat, he must release them inmediatiliy, and he runs out without the swag, scared by the wild beast. In this case your cat comes back with you and your precious treasures.
4 During a sand Storm the cats could be discarded, as a normal card (the scared cats runs away to the market)
5 You can collect all the cats but you can only sell them at the end of the game (after diggin deck be emptying).
So, you could have 5 cards, a sand storm is comming, 2 cats runs away from your hand....may be you had 5 cats and you loose 2 or may be you only had 2 cats and you preffer to protect your three pharaon Mask...
