They have released an official Vassal module. You can try the game there.

I will probably end up buying the game as there doesn't seem to be anyone with the scans.

No backs in Digital Game.

I guess someone will have to make them, it can't be too difficult though. I will see if I have time to make them.

I have started preparing Sentinels of the Multiverse for PnP and/or translation.

I am using the Steam game to obtain the images. I then dump them into Photoshop and clean them up a bit.

Saved as TIF 300dpi.

I have done the all cards from:
Base Game
Rook City
Infernal Relics
Mini-Expansions

I found this site in case someone is interested:

It has all the cards with text for all the expansions. Image quality is not "scan" but it's enough to play with Vassal for example.
