I can, if I find, post psd and doc files that I made for this. It can help you with making your own versions that should be the same as these, if you have Russian (or some other language) version of promo cards.

Hello, I took VASSAL files and some other scanned images for missing cards and made ready to print PDFs for cards and tiles/figures.
Still haven't tried it, though, so I just hope that sizes will work like this.
