I just generated a PnP file from these scans. I opted for the Mini Euro Size which helps save pages, given the large number of cards.

I found this csv with all cards, I checked, and seems to have all of them (126 (43x65mm) cards).
The odd cards are the card front and the even cards are the card back.
E.g. The row 1 and 2 are the same card. 3 and 4, 5 and 6 so on...
