I just don't do that
Many forum members makes bleed area and little offset doesn't matter anymore. It's a lot simpler, faster and cheaper to make than your way.
Simply print on 200-300g/m2 A4 paper, laminate and cut.

laminating on the outside makes the cards stick to each other and they dont slide that well?

anyway i am uploading the PDF with option to make it editable in illustrator, so you can make the changes as you like, file will open as an illustrator file with all the layers.

im making a new topic for this so that the files are on the first post, but the forum only allows me to post once every 10 minutes or so, it will be up in the next 30 mins

Would it be possible to make a file for double side printing? where cards fronts are one page and backs are on another.

You'll never get them to line up properly if you print front and back, every page gets drawn in the printer with a little bit of a slip, the way ive set it up you just fold along the fold line in the center of the page and glue it up, this will allow you to increase the thickness of the cards as well, you can insert card stock in the middle or one side of a lamination sheet for good shuffling.

Game and the TOWER

It has a ruler in the pics for scale measurements of the tower, i made it with foam core, it was pretty easy, there is also a 3d print file for it on the BGG forums

the backs are russian?

do you have english backs?

sorry i dont but you can easily find the backs at BGG in one of the fan expansions in the files section

here are the cards for the english version base game + expansion, the board etc can be found elsewhere on this forum, the fan expansions can be found on BGG in english. tried to clean it up as much as i could. pulled it from TTS, ran it through AI enhancers and manual tuning
