I have the original Playtester files. I don't think that much (or anything has changed), there was much back and forth to get everything right including support for the expansions:

The retail bonus cards are nicer of course, so maybe someone has them and can share the scans.

The 1st edition was available somewhere, and there is an upgrade PnP with the changed buildings and stuff. Here are my files:

Requires a bit of work but you should be able to find your way. Of course, if someone has a proper PnP of the 2nd edition, that would be highly appreciated.
