The Search for Planet X (request for scans)

Hey guys,

by any chance, anyone has the scan of the game called The Search for Planet X?
It has very few components and some of them could be found through the internet but none of them have good quality so I would appreciate it if anyone could upload the scans in order to make a PNP.
