Three Sisters - Roll&Write PNP (1-4p, 30-60', 14+)

Hi,
I'm interested in creating a Polish PNP version of the game Three Sisters. I've managed to get my hands on score sheets in English. If someone could make a "blank" version of the files, removing all labels, it would be helpful for creating PL version as well as RU. Here are the links:

I'd recommend you to scale image a lot and then replace icons with extracted from rules.
