In the rules is written that there are 14 mission cards in the game, while in pnp only 9 cards are present. Is this a mistake in the rules?

hi, yes there are only 9 missions. but when i take this pnp the 5 first are twice..
soutien commando, guerilla, sabotage ferroviaire, les allies arrivent, sabotage industriel
i don't know why..then i don't let them.. then do want you want..print the 5 first..

It's no mistake. There are 14 mission cards in recent version (see Files section on BGG)
