The Invasion Expansion (The big box) comes with 6 modules.
I was only really interested in the Invasion Module which is a co-op scenario. So this is only all the components for that.

The retail english version looks to have both (I think) German and English text on most cards/boards. Mine just have the english, sometimes expanding/clarifying what can be done which was adapted from the rulebook.
I noticed one of the location tiles is called the "Fountain" in one version I found, but then titled the "Well" in another. I'm not sure if there are others like this.
It's Well in the official manual.
The original BladeItSelf's PnP version had 20 special building tokens. The manual says you only need 13, but I left all 20 in this version.

Print Notes:
The bottom of Page 08 and Page 09 are fronts and backs.
The top of Page 09 has the front and backs of the Special Building Tiles
I haven't actually printed this myself, but am planning to print and stick/glue onto chipboard & cardstock.

There is a Russian version and game is language independent.
