Please search for folder 'Tabletop Simulator' somewhere in your Documents (maybe Documents/My Games/Tabletop Simulator). There is 'DLC' folder inside. I have a Scythe DLC and it consists of files:

You can only look into *.json for 'Warfighter'. If you have many *.unity3d there is no easy way to distinguish... Then compress json and unity3d files and upload to some file sharing site. I'll look what could be done with those.

I found a new tool that extracts all assets from unity3d package: AssetStudio
Here is extracted assets of Warfighter: The Tactical Special Forces Card Game.

We cannot expect images to be proportional - they are textures... Sure it's still a lot of work to make uniform PnP from this
