The game has appeared on Tabletopia https://tabletopia.com/games/joan-of-ark-orleans-draw-write#. There's a solo mode. If you can register a trial premium account, you can download the files.

My computer is over 11 years old and even my wife makes fun of the installed graphic card. I tried TTS recently and it couldn't handle anything. I doubt Tabletopia is working better.
