see page 7 of general rules, qty = number of dice, hits, crits, misses refers to number of each face - the number for hits includes the crit, so the numbers are a bit misleading without seeing the dice.
4 yellow dice, with 4 miss faces, and 1 hit and 1 crit face
4 green dice, with 3 miss faces, and 2 hit and 1 crit face
4 blue dice, with 2 miss faces, and 3 hit and 1 crit face
4 purple dice, with 1 miss faces, and 4 hit and 1 crit face
1 red dice, with 0 miss faces, and 5 hit and 1 crit face
