Problem when downloading TTS modules - 403 Forbidden

Hello,

Within the last two weeks, I have a problem when I want to access and download TTS files from links extracted with http://steamworkshop.download/

I get "Forbidden 403" error when I try to open links that point to http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com/ugc/

I have tried from different machines and with different IP addresses, but now I always get "Forbidden 403", even if I try to open links that I was able to successfully open before.

Does anybody know what is the root cause of this issue, and how can I solve it?

replace http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com with https://steamusercontent-a.akamaihd.net, should do the trick
